Emilio Freeman - Senior Vice President, Operations

Emilio Freeman, Senior Vice President, Operations for ResidenSea, Ltd oversees land-based operations and support for The World, the first private residential community at sea, including tours, purchasing, deck and engine management, port agency relationships and itinerary planning. Freeman joined ResidenSea, Ltd. in 2001 as the Vice President, Planning & Analysis, and was responsible for the revenue management and pricing strategy of the rental programs, as well as itinerary planning.

Freeman’s cruise industry career began in 1980 when he joined Norwegian Cruise Line, holding various positions in financial planning and analysis until 1986, when he was appointed Director, Marketing Planning for Royal Viking Line. Following, Freeman held both finance and marketing management positions at Royal Caribbean. He has also worked as a 

management consultant for clients such as American Classic Voyages, Radisson Cable Beach Resort and ResidenSea AS in Oslo during the launch of the operation.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Emilio earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master of International Business degree from Florida International University.
